For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

DocsVault is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

DocsVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
