All subscriptions to DocsVault are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed to any paid plan, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in business needs or requirements
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Financial difficulties or change in circumstances
  • Accidental subscription or payment
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data will be retained for a period of 30 days after the subscription expires

3. Free Plan

DocsVault offers a free plan with basic features. Users on the free plan can cancel at any time without any charges. There are no refunds available for any paid features or upgrades.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. However, billing disputes do not guarantee a refund.

6. Changes to Policy
